Mercy Missions Clinical Research Project Managers are the single-point of contact for our clients and manage the entire project team including external vendors. They are committed to deliver our projects on time and budget, with an uncompromising focus on quality, ethics and compliance. Particular emphasis is placed on planning and project governance, including project management plans, communication and risk management. Performance data and metrics are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure Project success. Our Project Managers together with the Data Project Managers and Medical Leads, our teams are trained to deliver high quality clinical data for decisions.
